    Letter doesn’t say the registry’s OK. Y’all are misreading, or I’m misreading.

    Thank you FAC for sounding the alarm. Legislating people into homelessness, then evicting them from their camps, is indeed a public safety issue. At a minimum, it is THEIR safety that is at stake.
