Fight Back!!!

In 2011, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office conducted the “Operation SpiderWeb” sex sting.

The big news story in the Orlando Sentinel on November 1, 2011 began, “Fifty people — including a Disney employee, a youth pastor and a federal corrections officer — have been arrested in an online child-sex sting that the Orange County Sheriff’s Office calls Operation SpiderWeb, investigators said today.”

The quote from the Sheriff was, “This was a very significant operation… We are sending a clear message that we will not tolerate this.”

It turns out the sting was bullshit, the federal corrections officer referenced in the article was exonerated and now HE’s the one “sending a clear message that he won’t tolerate this”… by suing the Sheriff’s Office!

I wonder if this will open a floodgate for lawsuits in all the other stings? Mine was operation sheep dog in St Johns County just months before that one in April 2011.
