Following the State of Emergency issued in response to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Florida, the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) has suspended visitation at all correctional institutions statewide. FDC has no known or suspected cases of COVID-19 at this time.
The visitation suspension will be in effect through April 5, 2020. Inmates will still be allowed Legal Visits.
Gov. Ducey in AZ state told the public if they could donate blood please do so because the blood banks are very low .I am in excellent health now. I honesty thought about going down there and helping people but then I am remembering how the same people treat us and myself like 2nd class citizens for the past 8 years So……… I had decided to boycott that as well as the census 2020 I say this not being bitter or angry I don’t care for the people who looked down on me as others ……… If the census people wanna knock on my door and keep coming back I just take out my hearing aids and they can knock till their knuckles bleed

I was wondering if there could be an emergency petition to the Florida Supreme court about registy citizens Mr Trump declare National emergency so did a lot of states and cities as well. Surely no register citizen wants to have ” club membership” invoke and be sent to prison because of a virus
I’m assuming that you are on probation. If this is the case you should inquire about what to do with your probation officer.
If you aren’t on supervision (formal anyway) then I suggest you call your counties sor office or the fdle line.

I got my census papers today. First thing I noticed on the outside of the envelope real big was YOUR RESPONSE IS REQUIRED BY LAW. Be a shame to get a new charge for that. Do not know if anyone has ever been arrested for not taking it but it would be a Federal crime if arrested.
Although I do not know what they do to people who refuse, I do know they will send people to your house to bug you to fill it out online or with them until they are blue in the face.

The federal prisons have already suspended visits and transfers for 30 days at the least and many are in a lockdown state.
