Have you been the victim of violence or physical threat as a consequence of the registry?
Now that the Ex Post Facto lawsuit is filed, one of our first challenges we will face will likely be the government opposing our motion to proceed anonymously.
We will be preparing declarations in support of that motion and in connection are reaching out to our membership to identify those among us who have been assaulted, harassed, had property vandalized or were otherwise placed in danger because they were outed as a registrant.
Note that the declaration cannot be filed anonymously. You will not be “named” as part of the lawsuit, but the declaration will need to be in your own name.

I am beyond sick and tired of these over-zealous public servants coming to my family’s home every 3 months to perform their so-called ‘address verification’ nonsense. This is lifetime probation. Lately, they’ve made a point of coming by late mornings during daylight, parking a little ways down the street, then smugly walking along the street dressed in full swat gear and casually walking up our driveway to our front door so as to make it obvious to all of our neighbors and passing cars in a disgusting display of public shaming. Never doubt…everything they do is intentional and with an ill-conceived motive. The USA truly has become a virtual prison and slave plantation, and Trump is not helping with his misguided public support of these Nazi thugs. What he should be doing is publicly addressing this horrific plague:

Possibly shot at last week..I was returning home from getting my mom something to eat. I heard a pop that sounded like a rifle shot it is highly possible that a shot came in my drivers side and went out the passenger side. I did not report it because of continued vigilantes aggression I worry that if they come by my house they could shoot my 89 yr old mother!!!
