If Bill Becomes Law You Can Cross Delivery Driver Off the List of Job Options
Florida Rep. Mike Caruso, yesterday filed House Bill 1129, that would require all home-delivery workers to undergo background checks that include the sex offender registry and would make any home delivery jobs off limits to anyone on the registry.

Well maby they will be happy if all one million of us said screw it and filled for disability due to crippling social anxiety and laws the prohibit us to work or live any where. Then we could sit home and collect disability checks and watch the world become perfect again becuase No RSO has a job.

Perhaps it’s time to implement an IQ test for government office.

This is nothing more than a lame attempt for him to pass a piece of legislation so he can put a bullet point on a future campaign mailer saying I am tough on sex offenders.
If he does not introduce any legislation that gets passed he is portrayed as “ineffective” and subject to a challenger in the next election. Even if it is stupid, irrelevant, costly, ineffective and just a plain bad idea devoid of any intelligent thought or research, if it’s passed, it is on his record as having passed….and what self serving, intellectually and integrity challenged politician is going to vote no on a sex offender bill.
I once had a State Senator set up a meeting with me and I told him going in I was a RSO and he might not want to work with me. He said not to worry, he had to work with politicians! We have been friends ever since but he still hasn’t changed any stupid laws in my state.
Next thing you know they will make it impossible to do any kind of work involving being on public and private property. No pizza delivery or food, no service provided of any kind, no home repairs or maintenance, no lawn care or tree service, no nothing. We will all be forced to work in factories and that’s it, hell why not make it so we cannot even work in any kind of customer service.
