I have made EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) https://www.eff.org/ aware of this case. I just notified Anita by email. EFF has been involved in similar cases in California and Illinois.

A little good news re: for-profit prisons: the stock prices of Corrections Corp or America and GEO were both recently cut in half when the Federal Bureau of Prisons announced it would stop using their services going forward. Immigration is also now contemplating the same decision. This may be the beginning of the end for them.

We will speak with the attorneys and determine if they want anyone in attendance.
