This Giving Tuesday, we’re asking you to stand with the Florida Action Committee in the fight for justice, dignity, and common sense reform.

Every day in Florida, people on the registry are being forced into homelessness, unemployment, isolation, and despair — not because of new crimes, but because of ever-expanding laws and local ordinances that make survival nearly impossible. Families are torn apart. Housing options disappear. People who want nothing more than to rebuild their lives are pushed further to the margins.

FAC is on the front lines of this fight. We challenge unlawful residency restrictions. We educate legislators and the public on the real harm these laws cause. We provide accurate information, legal resources, and a community for those who feel forgotten. But we cannot do it without your help.

On Giving Tuesday, your donation to FAC is more than a contribution — it is an act of resistance against a system that profits from fear, misinformation, and punishment without end. It is a statement that real justice includes second chances, rehabilitation, and evidence-based policy.
