JANICE BELLUCCI TO BE ON THE SEAN HANNITY SHOW

UPDATE:

I have just received notice that my interview with Sean Hannity has been postponed.  The reason given is Rep. Paul Ryan’s decision to run for Speaker of the House.  I have not been given a new date.  Thank you for your thoughts and prayers!

Janice Bellucci will be interviewed by Sean Hannity tomorrow (Oct. 21) on national TV regarding California RSOL’s recently filed lawsuit. Janice is the director of CA RSOL, our California affiliate, and already has a record of success in challenging registrant proximity restrictions.

This current lawsuit challenges the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (CDCR) requirement that parolees post signs in their yards or on their homes on Halloween. Ms. Bellucci asserts that the signs place registrants and their families in danger because they stigmatize anyone living at that address. The interview will be taped live earlier in the day and then broadcast at 10 p.m. eastern time on the Fox News Channel. The show airs at different times throughout the country, so check your local listings for the actual time in your area.

For all those with time and ability, Hannity.com has a forum and I think call-in numbers. We should try to stand by to call and post with supporting comments to counter any non-factual information coming from Hannity, other callers, and other persons on the forum. Spread the word!

I totally agree to provide supporting comments to counter non-factual information which always surfaces. However, Hannity has a lot of respect by many and appears to listen to facts first. True leadership makes a big difference.
