Jeff Ashton, state attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Florida BUSTED on Ashley Madison

“I am looking for someone who has fantasies we can act out,”

“A “big toy collection” would not be all that bad either,”

“I want someone that fantasizes about being brought to a climax by a lover with a skillful tongue and fingers as well as his member,”

Those are just some of the excerpts from the Ashley Madison profile of Jeff Ashton, State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which covers Orange & Osceola Counties, including Orlando, Florida.

The married father of four admitted to having a paid account with Ashley Madison, the site for married individuals looking to have an affair. During a press conference held yesterday, he described the behavior as childish and apologized to his family.

While there’s nothing illegal about cheating on your wife, the story shows that anyone can make a thoughtless mistake. Hopefully, the experience will teach the man prosecuting others for their thoughtless mistakes to keep that in mind.

I think you should take this down. He didn’t break any laws. He wasn’t “busted” (which to me implies arrest). Cheating on his wife is irrelevant to SO issues.

To clarify – there is nothing illegal about cheating on your wife or husband I bet they would think there was something wrong with it! Boy some of those folks are squirming! Can you imagine having all that personal stuff out there for everyone to see? Oh wait we can imagine it!
