HomePro is hiring experienced Customer Service Reps

I started HomePro Telecommunications because I’ve heard from so many people that they simply cannot find work because of their background. This is a great opportunity to get back on your feet. The job involves using your computer to make phone calls from the comfort of your own home. Although we do hire people from other sources, about 80% of our employees have come to us through Illinois Voices or its affiliates. We do not do background checks or ask questions about your criminal history.

We have an immediate need to hire one or two customer service representatives. We are currently hiring for the afternoon/evening shift from 2pm until 8pm CST Monday through Friday, and 8am until 4pm CST on Saturdays. Between 30 and 38 hours per week. We can discussed scheduling options during the interview. Priority will be given to those who can work Saturdays.

This opportunity requires that you be good at multitasking, quick on your feet, and adept at entering data into online schedulers in order to set appointments. Previous customer service experience is a definite plus! We are calling existing customers. No cold calling!

We are currently only hiring people who live in Illinois, Texas, or Florida. Technical requirements include a good computer (Windows 7 or better or Mac OS), and a fast, reliable internet connection (DSL, Comcast, etc.), a headset with a microphone, and access to email. Your computer will need to pass a speed test that we provide. A printer is helpful, but not required.

We offer an hourly salary (not commission) and paid training. The customer service position offers a set weekly schedule.
