Lauren Book spends big in May, with nearly $800K still on-hand

Incumbent state Sen. Lauren Book had another month of big spending. After shelling out more than $40,000 in April, she followed it up by topping more than $50,000 in May spending.
Book’s impressive fundraising totals made those expenditures possible. She still sits on nearly $800,000 between her campaign and committee accounts.
Most of May’s spending went toward campaign petition mailers. About $40,000 went toward those mailers, with most of the remaining expenditures going to state and local Democratic Party groups.
Still, Book was able to offset those costs, bringing in nearly $75,000 to her committee, Leadership for Florida. Book’s campaign account also raised about $18,000.
The first-term senator is running unopposed in the race for Senate District 32.

If Lauren Book is spending 60 hours a week on her organization with Laurens kids. How much time is she spending in the Senate? According to my calculations. Zero! Getting paid by the State to do absolutely nothing. Must be nice!
and she’s getting paid $144,000 from Lauren’s Kids PLUS benefits.
Correct me if I am wrong but doesn’t it seem suspicious that Book is with a lot of money while advocating for more sex offender registry laws?
Everything her and her daddy have done to people, I wish right back on them and i have no problems saying it. Homelessness, joblessness, isolation, extortion, bribery, forced to comply with dumb ass laws, separated from families, living in filth. And that’s just what we KNOW they’ve done or caused to happen to other people. Oh yeah, there’s tons of skeletons in those closets. So an eye for an eye Ronnie and Miss Precious. May everything you’ve done to others, come right back on you double! Screw the two of y’all! Nothing but true scum.

I have come to understand why so many comments reek of frustration. It seems to take forever to correct an injustice but just a matter of weeks to put one in place. We need to hold on but for many it’s tough as the light at the end of the tunnel seems to be going out. We see lives and families being destroyed and yet so many of the ‘do-gooder’ politicians continue to spew their lies and a gullible public just sets back and watches. Constitutional and un-Constitutional means nothing to so many bureaucrats. In reading the history of the close of WW II, the German public acted as though it was completely un-knowledgeable of what Hitler was doing. We know that was BS. The American public is doing the same and until their family is affected they will continue to operate in a fog. Education and example are two of our most effective weapons. We must prove the paradigm to be false. We are up against a strong force but so were our founding fathers and they prevailed.
