Miami-Dade SORR Appeal Allowed to Proceed

The appeal challenging the Miami-Dade Sex Offender Residency Restriction is allowed to proceed.

The eleventh circuit is allowing our appeal to proceed despite the government’s motion to have it dismissed.

Attorneys for the ACLU are preparing the appellate brief now. Special thanks to the ACLU for keeping up the good fight!

We will keep you updated as things progress!

Thank you ACLU, FAC and RSOL for the good fight and continuing to fight. Crossing my fingers and hoping we win this once and for all.
