NARSOL: Florida’s artificially inflated sexual offense registry: More federal funds for the state?

Narsol re-posted Steve Yoder’s article from The Appeal, along with the above image, which I thought was funny/sad.

One of our members shared the information from the article with his US Representative, who responded with concern. Specifically, that Florida inflates it’s number of sex offenders for the purpose of receiving federal grants and then considers those non-existent registrants as “compliant” for the purpose of skewing it’s success numbers.

FAC Members, if you get a chance, please write or call your US Representative and share the article (https://theappeal.org/floridas-sex-offender-registry-proves-inescapable/) and this information

I’ve been on the registration for over 20 years for a non contact sex offence it has ruined my life and my family’s life I had adjudication withheld so I’m not a convicted felon and I can buy a gun how crazy that I’m a sex offender plus I have no resident restrictions so one must ask why they waste there time and money worried about me the judge who was a lady said I was a young man who made a mistake and this would not haunt me my whole life so she withheld adjudication what a joke this was in 1998 shortly after the laws changed and what was intended for preditors now apply to all sex offenders so my life is ruined I feel I was lied to by the courts!!!!

Do not allow anyone to use your personal computer. It is highly likely they will plant something on it that will land you in jail. I know that there are people that will use any possible exploit as a means to an end. If they don’t like you for any reason especially political this is happening. Florida is a leading state where scheming to use the legal system as a weaponized vehicle to seize control for power in political reasons on every level. The funds this generates directly feeds a systemic black hole of corrupt and evil demons whom have lost their way and have given in to a nationwide prison societal system of ethics. Guys be careful of overly friendly females. We all want to believe they like us and that is the vulnerability exploited in many cases of entrapment to build a case against you from stalking, cyber stalking, sexual harassment etc etc etc. I’m telling you this is a hot trend though it has been going on for years and years. I wish it wasn’t true but there is an element out there that doesn’t value your existence as a man AT ALL in any way. As usual it is always a surprise to find out who is behind it feeding it enabling it and profiting from all the benefits. We do not deserve this and it is an illegal conspiracy of the highest degree from a group that has rapidly gained power and is aggregiously overstepping on all of our rights to justify it as misguided attacks that amount to delluded unconscienable genocidal targeting that has been very carefully sensationalized and promoted. This group is not uniquely different from any that wishes to unconstitutionally impose their will with extreme discrimination and predjudice against human beings much the same as Hitler and SS propagandizing and assuaging the public to commit genocide and world domination.

Regardless of living in one of the scammer States who keep people on the (already needless) registry, I’ve contacted my Rep. and Sens. to complain about this practice. Hopefully if enough contact them, we can get a little bit of a buzz going among the D.C.-do-nothings.

we need more people to donate to the out of state challenge fund, it is growing very slow, if we could all send in 5.00 we would reach goal in no time

I posted something like that on the N a r s o l page carrying that article I would love to see the case filed not because I am out of state but because Florida won’t be getting all the money.. perhaps these crazy sheriffs go back solving real crimes instead eating donuts at a keybroad

I posted my Questions to NARSOL and asked what kind of donation they making to help the lawsuit get going and my other question was What are Their(NARSOL) plans on dealing with this issue. I would like some type of reply…… NARSOL Is on Federal Level Them knowing Federal Monies going to state. They could help F.A.C with some funds or attorney better than just talking about it

I visited FL in 2010 to see my ailing grandmother and had to register – now I’m on for life. I am off the WA state registry since moving to Maryland and will still be in public record as a sex offender even after dropping off my residence state’s list!! This is an amazingly abused system in FL and I’m so glad you all are working to change it. I’ve written to my local representatives to put pressure on FL reps to change this broken system. It’s outrageous that FL is getting away with this blatant abuse. Thanks!
