Newest Reports on SORR reinforce ineffectiveness.

Two new reports, including two from Dr. Jill Levenson, professor at Barry University in Miami and the foremost authority on sex offender residency restrictions, again reinforce the ineffectiveness and, in fact, counter-effectiveness of the Sex Offender Residency Restrictions.
