I have a concern that needs any info one can offer. Thank you in advance.
So i just bought a car has temp plates.
I registered the car with temp plate. When i get permanent plate i know i have to reregister. Now I looked on fdle registry my new car info ain’t on there. But like i said I already went to local county sheriff’s office to update the info. My question is if i get pulled over out of my county but if they check to see if i registered my vehicle and the fdle site it doesn’t reflect this even though it registered in my county can they arrest me for failure to register my vehicle?
Thank you. And what should I do?
Your vehicle info that’s posted on the FDLE site is maintained, poorly, by the department of highway safety and motor vehicles. Often, I look at my registration page to find that my vehicle info is missing completely. I emailed FDLE and they said not to worry about it. So, I always make sure that, when I re-register, or if my plates change, I get a physical receipt of the change when I do it. That’s your only responsibility in the matter. Keep the receipt, or better, a copy of it, on your person to feel better. Sadly, any cop anywhere might arrest you in error because the entire system is a clusterf**k.
You should’ve been given an updated info sheet before leaving the sheriff’s office with the new vehicle info on it. Carry it with you until it’s also listed online.
Thank you both.
why cant Florida so reg. laws be challenged under 1st admen. and fl. constitution right to privacy, there is bodily harm, extortion from these scam phone calls, injury’s from our information being public.
there has just been a federal injunction just issued blocking form 6 elected officials being forced to disclose personal info. why cant so reg. laws be the same thing since its all civil?
It’s worth challenging the laws under the bases you mentioned. But someone needs to be tenacious enough to find an attorney who will take the case and the money to pay him or her. That’s the hard part.
If FAC will let me speak for a minute on this registry topic that has boiled up with everybody on here including myself. This whole issue boils down to inciting one in these fictitious ordeals. That was made known to me with this past J6 riot ordeal.
Yes myself and others could of went to prison. Why was I or many given a plea deal and usually by the same person that arrested or duping them when the truth really come out. Facts are one thing and truth is another.
While justice is unjust in American government in many ways does government cover up issues, circumstances, or immoral actions they do? While we can all look at being fair but honesty and true values are the backbone of any government, but at times government brushes over it. Who respects who today?
Is a Felon respected more today with their conviction or is it hushed up by some plea deal inducement. Inciting to serve by right actions or wrong actions. One should understand that more in these registry ordeals or these lifetime stipulates of prison release. So whats wrong with the justice system today? Their are two parts to everything. So who’s controlling by enticement in all this donkey kong game.
Here’s an important case from Florida to watch as it heads to the state Supreme Court.

Caribbean Cruise questions.
My wife and I are going on a Caribbean cruise next year and I was wondering if I will have any problems if I get off the ship in the different ports.
We have been on many cruise but they were all, but one, that were before I was placed on the registry.
Cruise companies have people doing background checks, specifically looking for sex offenses. Your booking will be processed, but once you get close to your departure date, they will notify you that they will issue you a refund.
You will also find that RB&B will deny you the opportunity to rent accommodations and you will not be able to rent your property through them. Your RB&B membership will be cancelled when they run your background check.
Regarding the countries you can visit, keep in mind that countries belonging to the British Commonwealth will not allow you to visit. The list of Caribbean countries and territories members of the Commonwealth is very large, and include popular tourist destinations like Bahamas, Jamaica, British Virgin Islands, Belize, Barbuda, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Islands.
My advice to you is to contact the cruise company before you book a trip.
Can’t be around kids buddy!!!
Can Law enforcement/probation search the bedrooms of those not on probation when doing a home search? For instance one person on probation lives with three people not on probation with separate bedrooms.
My belongings were never searched. LE was very careful to make sure they looked at nothing that belonged to me.
Education
Not all cops are jerks. When I worked in law enforcement, I recognized three classes of cops.
#1 Total A-holes
#2 Amazing officers who would give you the shirt off their backs
and
#3 Cops who did not stand out as bad or good and no one noticed them, and they probably wanted it that way.
On the registry, I have had both extremes. When I lived in one county, officers harassed me at will and showed up at all hours of the day and night and sometimes would come by more than once in a day just to try and get me to move.
I live somewhere else now and sometimes the officer drives by and honks and if I come out and wave, he waves back and gives me a thumbs up, acknowledges that I am alive and drives away.
