Article out of Osceola County. Man does it get a lot wrong, they do touch on the funding they receive, but no mention of how they frequent 18+ sites to entrap the people they arrest. They also state that almost all people caught cannot be changed and are “wired” to be attracted to minors.

So in the Sorna case that was canceled Judges can put the cases off for years? Then why bother with any of this. Its ridiculous.

If your not on probation status, there’s nothing they can do to you but come back and try again…..they call my phone before they come, if I’m not here, I tell them so, if they show up, they can talk to me on the Ring Doorbell….

Compliance officer just came by to do address verification.
He says he has the right to open gates and enter properties without warrant.
He also is driving and walking all over my neighbor’s properties to “locate” my house.
My unique situation is i have a private shared driveway with gate access that all the residence on the drive are in agreement with.
The officer bypassed the gate and used another route to gain access to my property (which borders a state highway) and tells me he will “violate me” if i do not have an accessible driveway.
I need to know who in the legal world to consult about this matter.

They snoop around my neighbors properties outside of the conveyances looking in windows, particularly bedroom windows at 3am.
Im not on probation so “violating me” shouldnt apply.
    What are my rights here?

Jeremy. You asked for help find legal counsel for this but you didn’t mention the jurisdiction. What state is this? If it is in Florida, then there are good lawyers known to FAC and its membership who are listed on this site under Resources. Hope this helps!

Document/Record what you can and take it to a lawyer. I’m not a lawyer but I’m pretty sure this officer is WAY out of bounds, and you cannot be “violated” for not being home during a residency check if you are not on probation.
