I would sue for the loss of enjoyment otherwise experienced witnessing the birth of my child and for emotional trauma cause to the birth mother by the forced absence of her husband and father of her child.
Only corrupt, criminal regimes have Registries. These regimes and their Nazi supporters must be destroyed, along with their nanny big government Registries.
What this story tells me is that this hospital doesn’t protect any of its patients or visitors at all. Because if they did, then this Registered Person would be no more of a risk than anyone else (of whom they have zero knowledge).
And just take a look at the pure, through and through, idiocy of this. The guy is Registered for looking at pictures. Yet this hospital welcomes with open arms people who have shot people with guns. Or done whatever, and that list is pretty endless. Pure idiocy and a sign that so many incompetent, dumb people have drank all of big government’s Kool-Aid, lies, and propaganda.
The hospital needs to be sued. If they take any public money at all, it should be stopped. For any of you who still think that people should give to charities or help them in any way, THIS is the type of stuff that you support.
So, why is everyone so terrified? Did they really think that Mr. Moore was going to commit a sex crime while on hospital property? What an irrational response to the presence of man coming to witness the birth of his own child! How ridiculous!
So basically, he was able to go in there and mind his own business BEFORE he told anyone his situation. ……
So theres my point. STOP OFFERING YOUR SITUATION TO OTHER PEOPLE! He could’ve been there the whole time had he not gone up and offered his information to security. They wouldn’t have had a clue. I get that he was on probation, but his PO didnt make him say anything. We as an RSO population are so skittish and paranoid about situations like this and I get it.
But my philosophy is, if you’re not on probation, and it’s not against the law for you to be there, like a school or something, keep your mouth shut! Its nobody’s damn business who you are or what you’ve done. We offer our personal info, way too easy these days. Social media is another example of this. Stop putting yourself and your information out there. Live your life, be confident. and keep your business to yourself.
But that’s just me. I’m finding out I’m one of the minority oddballs on here anyway when it comes to my opinion lol.

Agreed. The only pitfall is that many hospitals, schools, etc., ask for a drivers license before allowing admittance. So, if you live in a state where the government forces you to carry its message (scarlet letter) on your drivers license or if the facility runs the license against the database, staying silence may be a moot point.
True enough. But in most hospitals here in Jacksonville, FL, you can walk right in, go to whatever room you want, and no one asks you a thing…..
And here in FL, if you fall under the predator category, it’s in writing on your license. if you’re just an offender, just the statute number is displayed at the bottom. In which, only the astute observer would even know what that is. And its usually only the DMV people. So, I just dont worry about it most of the time. Like I said, the only ILLEGAL place for you to be, is really school property, unless your city/town has some dumb ordinance banning you from other places, which, a lot do. But if my presence is only violating some stupid I’ll advised corporate policy, then my approach is based on a popular movie starring Leo DiCaprio. Catch me if you Can. Its their responsibility to find out who I am. Not mine to just tell them.
I know this may sound crazy and a bit extreme but I can’t help but wonder, what if a woman were on the registry and in labor how this hospital act? Would they deny her the right to give birth at the hospital? Would they have police supervising her and keeping her from holding and breast feeding the baby postpartum? This entire case is gross and obscene, this is proof the registry divides families.

There are many hospitals implementing these idiotic, feel-good policies, and the government is all too happy to exacerbate the problem by forcing people to carry its message on drivers licenses, etc. America has returned to the Dark Ages and the era of Salem Witch trials. We have learned nothing from history and history is, in deed, repeating itself. With many politicians, celebrities and members of the media being actively involved in a global pedophilia ring and other sex scandals, it is these same people who are literally consumed with the sex lives of their fellow Americans. Ladies and gentlemen…Jeffrey Epstein did NOT kill himself.

Everyone assumes the label ” sex offender” means that someone on the registry is waiting in the weeds to abscound a child. Unless you are on registry or know someone on it you can never understand the effect it has on your every day life and statistics show chances of reoffending are extremely small. This makes me sick.
No, it’s gone way beyond that. People aren’t that stupid. This is about revenge, hate and punishment and anytime they can legally inflict it, they will. Remember we live in a country where not so long along it finally took a federal law before people were forced to take down the sign that said, “Whites Only.” We have a long way to go I’m afraid.
