    Mr Dubbleling,

I am in Georgia and under restrictions from both NJ and Ga (under CSL from NJ due to the Interstate compact). Neither of which have Halloween restrictions, yet DCS has instituted a new restriction in my county (Lowndes) that we must report to a “mandatory meeting” on Halloween evening at the Sheriffs office/jail/courthouse. In the past few year, we were mandated to stay at home (along with other restrictions) but this is totally different; this year it changed to reporting to the Sheriffs complex for detainment (they (DCS) has done the same for neighboring counties in Ga).

Is there any chance of fighting DCS in their making new restrictions whenever they desire? It seems they (DCS) can impose whatever restrictions they want.

Thanks very much to Mr. Dubbeling for this enlightening presentation. I’ll be sure to watch it more than once.
