Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd faces lawsuit

According to clickorlando.com, Grady Judd faces a lawsuit after a man was arrested on charges of possessing child pornography in 2020.

The lawsuit says that there was no evidence of child pornography found during a search warrant.

The plaintiff in the lawsuit had stopped using the phone number suspected in the investigation in 2018.  This was about a year before deputies received the National Center for Missing and Endangered Children (NCMEC) tip about the child pornography case.

Hopefully, this lawsuit will cause law enforcement to do their homework before going after innocent people.

Now they need to investigate all the fake child predator sting operations this man has also been behind. He’s clearly someone who creates fake cases to try to help his career.
There are so many of these working in our system because our government protects real criminals that work in the system (like this man). They hide behind “qualified immunity”.

“After months of investigation,….” Really, “months”?? And they still get this wrong!!?? 🤔

I hope Cancela and his family win a fortune 💲💲💲 from that moron Judd!

PS: Why is everyone writing “…. found during a search warrant.”? A search warrant is a paper document. How about “….found during the execution of a search warrant.”?
    Better, don’t you think? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Police in Snohomish county Washington put 136 persons on registered sex offender list illegally. One person for 35 years as level three for an attempted crime. Person elected official and sheriff still lying about person. Investigate illegal adding on registries that damage life forever

The real issue is even if the charges are dropped the charge and arrest will be on his record.

Can a judge order the arrest record sealed or deleted/removed altogether?? 🤔

Again treating the possession of child pornography as pornography addiction/sexual addiction instead through the prosecution of sex crimes.
