Private company OffenderWatch wants to control registrant travel notifications.
FROM OFFENDERWATCH’S PRESS RELEASE:
OffenderWatch the leading sex offender registry management solution for law enforcement, and the Caribbean Committee Against Sex Crimes (CCASC), an initiative of nonprofit Zandoli USA, today announced a joint mission to deliver a network of sex offender registries across the 15 nations of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) that seeks to track sex offenders throughout the Caribbean and eventually across the world.
Collaborating sex offender registries in CARICOM nations will help law enforcement worldwide as they track sex offender movement, investigate sex crimes, and prevent human trafficking.
The partners envision legislative change to implement a global sex offender registration system linking law enforcement agencies worldwide through a common database application. The objective is to reduce child sex trafficking globally by facilitating international cooperation to track registered sex offenders as they move or travel from one country to another.
The partnership between OffenderWatch and Zandoli USA can enhance the effectiveness of the US International Megan’s Law to End Child Sex Trafficking (HR 515) by implementing similar policies and collaborating registries in partner countries.

What’s all the fuss about? This will only effect those forced to register because F those people, right? /sarcasm
Amazing, the atrocities committed in the name of justice.
I live in the state of Iowa, I am an ex-Floridian. I am fairly ignorant when it comes to the topic of sex trafficking especially on the global level.
I’m curious, if anybody has the statistics, on how many US registrants have been convicted of sex trafficking nationally and internationally.
This category of offender must be the most common type of offense of all sexual crimes… And the offense must obviously supersede the national 5% average Of recidivism.
It’s possible that the article implies that no matter what offense you are convicted of, if you were to reoffend the most common conviction would be sex trafficking. I’m not sure I’m buying that.
My hunch is they are using the fear globally to create a perceived need. And of course the overall objective is to make money…
If someone finds the statistics before I do, let me know.
Actually if you expose the sale of US infants to same sex millionaires in the Netherlands you will be framed and placed on RSO list. Don’t believe me? I have proof!
Same reason they like to go after “street level drug offenders” instead of the high level dealers/cartels, because it is easy to generate stats to justify more federal funding…..more sex offenders = more money for preventing sex trafficking.
Oh Hell No!! Just look at the private prison system. You can bet what freedom you have that there will be a bonus for everyone they catch out of compliance. Gotcha!!
This is the beta test for one world order. First the ones no one gives a rodents rear end about and then the rest of the citizens.
Ugh. This is the last thing we need…
I have an adjective for this and it starts with an “F” and ends with a “K”
