Private company OffenderWatch wants to control registrant travel notifications.

FROM OFFENDERWATCH’S PRESS RELEASE:

OffenderWatch the leading sex offender registry management solution for law enforcement, and the Caribbean Committee Against Sex Crimes (CCASC), an initiative of nonprofit Zandoli USA, today announced a joint mission to deliver a network of sex offender registries across the 15 nations of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) that seeks to track sex offenders throughout the Caribbean and eventually across the world.

Collaborating sex offender registries in CARICOM nations will help law enforcement worldwide as they track sex offender movement, investigate sex crimes, and prevent human trafficking.

The partners envision legislative change to implement a global sex offender registration system linking law enforcement agencies worldwide through a common database application. The objective is to reduce child sex trafficking globally by facilitating international cooperation to track registered sex offenders as they move or travel from one country to another.

The partnership between OffenderWatch and Zandoli USA can enhance the effectiveness of the US International Megan’s Law to End Child Sex Trafficking (HR 515) by implementing similar policies and collaborating registries in partner countries.

This isn’t about “helping law enforcement. This is about more profit for offenderwatch. It would be nice to open their books and see just how much of our tax dollars are going into their pockets.

Not to be overly religious but the bible talks about people believing in lies to follow a leader into the end of times. It kinda sounds like what’s going on with the registry. People swallowing lies and going along with what they are being fed so they blindly vote for harsher laws that are only destablizing all of us. Until they are faced with the reality they let be created they wont acknowlage the real problem that it is them not us who have been made into monsters but then it will be to late. we are the new lepers

I really hate being right so often sometimes! I warned everyone when they started with the international harassment of registry victims that the time to fight it was when it was still fresh and possible to destroy. EVERY meeting I went to and every organization I spoke with said the same thing : ” Oh it wont be a big deal, and we are to busy fighting on the local level to bother with it” … AND LOOSING on the local level because the local level is too deeply entrenched. NOW you are also loosing on the international level and it will only keep getting worse because YOU allowed for it to become dug in. NOW guess what? Not only is the local, state and national levels entrenched, dug in and getting worse by the day BUT now you will have no place to escape and no way to escape when you finally understand your life is over in America and they are coming for you and your family’s blood next. And it is coming.

Obvious, what are YOU doing that has been effective? If you are often the one that’s right, please highlight some of YOUR accomplishments so we may emulate them.

ACSOL fought IML in the courts when it was fresh. Too fresh, because the court ruled that the challenge wasn’t ripe. Since then, the Registrant Travel Action Group has joined the fight, with FAC and other NARSOL affiliates disseminating new information as it materializes.

FAC correct me if I am wrong.

Also IML passed both houses of Congress by a veto-proof majority. Is anyone claiming that this would have been prevented, had we only lobbied harder?

I remember what they did, they shot every future case in the foot..Do you know why the registry is what it is and so hard to tear down? A foolish lackluster effort using Alaska which flopped and is now the football punt for every other loss.”We already decided on this in Alaska so wont hear it again” chuckle chuckle.. I also remember why it failed and why it made every other effort almost impossible. They spent minimal funds and did a lack luster effort that didn’t include any of the people affected. I remember speaking with them, and warning them and being told they didn’t feel it was a big deal ..Hmm..let me see if I can correctly remember the wording: ” We understand it could potentially in the future affect a small amount of registrants, and because the amount will be small our best efforts and resources need to be allocated at cases closer to home.” That was pretty much the wording. Efforts that are not bearing any positive fruit and every time their is a victory it gets over turned into a larger defeat. So now not only has all hope been exhausted at home but escaping the New Nazi empire by starting over in anouther country is getting closed as well. Start doing things smart or cattle cars are a calling

I can’t tell if you’re still talking about International Megan’s Law or have reverted to Smith v. Doe (S. Ct. 2003).

I was drawing a comparison. There were many legitimate cases that could have been brought forward that would have succeeded in creating a rational discourse and possibly created an honest verdict.Smith v Doe case was not one of them, it was horrible. It should have never been pandered. By putting forward a weak case rather then investing the time and energy in a solid argument any hope of succor for people on the registry was shot in head. It gave the Supreme Court toilet the perfect excuse to hide behind so they dont have to admit the truth. Then by doing the exact same thing with a weak half witted case challenging The International Megan’s law anyone on the registry will have again been shot in the foot and the supreme court will again hide behind the ruling on the weak case that was brought forward challenging it. This is a war and it can not be won with stupid actions. Every time a weak waste of time case is pushed forward instead of doing due diligence and putting together a sound argument it is decades of losses … Time must be taken and every case pushed forward has to be so rock solid that it is impossible to contest. They will still contest it, so it has to be able to with stand. Understand the justice system is a corrupt sewer and doing the right thing is the last thing they want to do.

This is just speculation, but could this be a collusion to hand small victories at the lower levels so that the states can draw out the litigation process where it will be ultimately be won in their favor in the higher courts? The ultimate goal here being to sap litigants resources to the point where they can no longer challenge these laws, paving the way for more heinious legislation to come later?

The state has seemingly unlimited resources to fight while I hear again and again how individuals have been wiped out trying to defend their liberties. Is there any way to even the playing field in the courts?

It’s simpler than that: OffenderWatch sees a business opportunity.

Well,Im glad you asked..I find it ironic that when everything I was tar and feathered for saying would happen does happen then every one says “what would you have us do?” As if I hadent been standing on the mountain shouting the answer for years!..Why not try what I suggest when I suggested it BEFORE it gets concrete and too late? So as a repeat fo my past suggestions: 1st) target any and all new Nazi regime policys and programs BEFORE they get settled in, and target them hard. Its too late to attack those that are concreted for now,so mitigate damage by slowing the flow..too much invested in old nazi laws already, you will just keep loosing..2nd) over one million on the registrys.(notice no accurate numbers? Wonder why? Its so you dont know and wont fight because you think you are small) now start getting the accurate numbers and start uniting EVERYONE under the same banner. Take one million add one friend each for two million, add one family member and you have three million..3) you now have an army start uniting with antifa,BLM ,LGBTQ and EVERY radical movement possible by using the ridiculous cases that involve their members(there are many)make it personal..4) NOW MARCH…And march hard. Join hands and follow the same tactics as the radical groups youve joined. Play as dirty as need be…We didnt start the war BUT if we will come out alive you better get ready to treat it as the war it is and respond accordingly or your going to be in cattle cars soon…If you think you wont see the gas chamber days remember they are already doing forced sterilization and uncivil incarceration.

This private company (offender watch) could be the same type of people that are in control of sex trafficking. So it seems to me if they want to try to “CONTROL”

where we can travel in the world they will use that control to cover their sex trafficking racket. Its all about CONTROL! CONTROL! CONTROL!

Since we’ve seen how they can manufacture sex trafficking stings to make it look like there is a huge problem, when they have gained their worldwide power and control and resultant riches, they can just as easily say that their software was responsible for stamping out the evil of the sex offender with additional false statistics. I’ve never seen a better executed systemic attack on the straw man.

How in the 7734 does someone who at a low point in they’re life inappropriately touched a niece one time. Or a 18 year old who has a make out session with they’re 16 or 17 year old bf or gf become synonymous with sex trafficing ?????????????
This is getting more and more insane
