Rhode Island Injunction Still in Place

A while back we reported that the ACLU brought a lawsuit challenging a residency restriction that was put into place in Rhode Island. At the time, the Judge agreed to a 10 day injunction.

According to RSOL National, the injunction against enforcement of the residency restriction was extended through trial.

This is generally a good sign and we will keep you updated on the progress of the lawsuit there.
