Ron Book DUI: Dashcam Video Released

The dash-cam video of lobbyist Ron Book’s failed DUI field sobriety test has been released to the media. The video shows a clearly impaired Book barely able to walk a straight line – let alone drive a vehicle! It is frightening to think of the high risk to the public that this menace could have caused!

If Ron is taking a number of medications for cancer and they are powerful meds should he have even had one alcoholic drink? Maybe if he lived out in the elements or under the same requirements as those required to register he would gain some humility and God would heal his cancer. Oddly, being a wealthy crazed and obsessed man is not the highest lower!

No he shouldn’t. My husband has lung cancer and takes Tramadol and not big doses. I drive him everywhere as a precaution. Ron Book should not be behind the wheel.

      Mary
You don’t get bad ankles and knees from running track. The number one reason is bad life styles. Bad diet and poor exercise techniques. I’m older than him and don’t have any of those problems and I run every day weather permitting. Also people with those conditions walk with a limp but don’t stumble when walking slow. If anyone believes his lies they have no right to wear a badge. His cancer excuse is just as feeble. He is a real work of art. The most unbelievable part of the whole thing is how many people for so long he has been able to fool and make fools of to pull off his circus act and get away with it.

Still no word from Sen. L Book? Maybe they understand what it is to be a shame and feel empathy for others for making a mistakes. Perhaps this was GOD’s plan to make them stop with nonsense, Who knows? KJV ” Pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall,…”

No one ever gets away with what they do against others. It always eventually all catches up to the person. Seems that he has a lot catching up to him now. I’m sure there’s more for him to come, since he’s not owning up to it.

Ron Book is a politician. Plain & simple. Some of you on here were on the High School Debate team. On your side (the only one that matters?!) you go back & forth arguing YOUR POINT. YOUR POINT is the only one that matters— whether right or wrong. You are trained that what you think is the only possible option.
    NOW…..
Look at Ron Book. Truth or lie, fantasy or reality; Book makes himself out to be right.
    “The guy hit me” (LIE)
“I have bad Knees & ankles from running track for 15 years…..”(LIE)
(How many on here ran track? Do you have bad ankles & knees that only show symptoms during a sobriety test).
They didnt bother him from taking off on reporters, without a limp or wobble.
He hit the car from behind, causing it to roll over 3 times; yet he tries to state that the other car hit him. (LIE)
    THEN…..
He digs into his “bag of pity” and pulls out the “CANCER CARD”. He tries to blame cancer meds for making him smell like a Budweiser Brewery, and ONLY on THIS “Field Sobriety Test”.

In Ron Book’s defense, asking a crooked SOB like him to walk a straight line is asking the impossible.
