"Surprisingly, none of the men arrested is a sexual offender or predator"

“Surprisingly, none of the men arrested is a sexual offender or predator” that’s a quote from this article out of Jacksonville which discusses the results of “Operation Savior” a week-long police sting which was a “joint investigation by JSO, FBI, FDLE and a slew of other law enforcement agencies.”

The sting resulted in the arrest of 18 men who were likely coaxed into doing something they would otherwise not have done. One has to wonder how productive the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, FBI, FDLE and a “slew” of other law enforcement agencies would have been had they spent that week investigating actual crimes rather than inventing ones.

And what’s that about “surprisingly none of them were sex offenders”? Don’t they know that the sexual re-offense rate of registrants is extremely low?

All this article tells us is that these agencies are very uninformed and are wasting resources.

Isn’t it amazing that our government can’t stop China or any other country from hacking into data which endangers national security, but they can pinpoint the IP address of any suspected “pedophile” with ease and create more “sex offenders” to pump up the numbers on the registry?
