Teen indicted after admitting to killing sex offender

A Hamilton County, TN grand jury has indicted the 18-year-old who admitted to killing a missing sex offender to “serve justice.”

Court documents that Local 3 News obtained show the jury indicted Kian Andrew Neal on Monday, October 26, for Murder in the first degree, Felony murder, Aggravated burglary, Abuse of a corpse, Tampering with evidence, Failure to exercise due care.

Robert Locke, 56, had gone missing in late May. Neal told police that he used zip ties to choke Locke and a saw to dismember his body.

If they weren’t plastering our fac, name, and all personal info on the internet none of this would have happened. Let’s put the blame where it needs to be, the registry.

Amen! And again I say Amen!

On the one hand, they could not care if we are murdered, on the other hand when we die, they might lose some funding if too many of us get picked off.

Sadly, I do not think anytime soon anything is going to get any better 🙁

I am surprised the jury didn’t hug the kid and praise him for killing the offender. I mean that isn’t my stance but shocked the jury actually erred towards justice for the registrant.

So now there is a family without a loved one because they are dead and another family member who is locked up. Two families having to death with separations.

Jack, I never heard of a grand jury hugging a suspect, what are you even talking about?

It will eventually come to you. I am pretty sure others on here know exactly what I am talking about.
If I have to break it down, most people hate us so much that they might have let the kid off the hook.
If you still don’t understand, I have no other way to explain it. It was mostly sarcasm but again, maybe it will come to you in a “Ah ha” moment.

        Have a great weekend

And yet in the real world, the grand jury indicted him.

          You are not hated, Jack.

I try not to be “too” annoying but I have my moments. My parents tried to give me away but the other families returned me. (Just kidding) Although they did send me to my grandparents for 4 months, that was even worse.

Lets deal with facts and not gloss over the point of this post. A man was killed, dismembered, and dumped in the trash. Earlier this year, another man in Indialantic, Florida, was killed, dismembered and dumped in a landfill.

Both killers were arrested, charged, and are facing murder charges. Your assertion that “most people” would have let this guy off the hook is unsupported.

The focus here should be on the alarming fact that registrants are being murdered and dismembered. Sarcastic comments and jokes are inappropriate in this discussion.

This is VERY WELCOMING news. Stick Kian on death row and set an execution date.

America’s governments just keep on murdering people.

I suppose that is just the price that the whole world has to pay so that they can protect everyone. The Locke and Neal families get to pay this time.

This is so sad. Not only is one life ruined, but now two. Although the trial outcome could be biased towards the victim, we won’t know for a while.

And of course society will applaud his “heroic act of vigilante justice.”

They will applaud this lowlife, cause society always takes the side of the majority.
Same as back in the 40’s and 50’s when they applauded when whites hung blacks. Same as they applauded when people stoned the Irish immigrants get off the boat in Ellis Island.
Society always needs a scapegoat to points fingers and say” There’s the bad guy” hurt them.
I wonder who will be next after they are done with us?

Except that in the real world, “they” indicted him on multiple first degree felonies and even took down his family’s gofundme. According to the news report to which we are reacting.

Even when things go the way they’re supposed to, that doesn’t seem to stop us from finding a way to complain more generally about hypothetical scenarios or about “society.”

I see what you mean, but at the end of the day, online comments did not dissuade the grand jury from doing their job.
