Texas city passes residency restriction to banish registrants

Politicians are becoming more brazen in their actual reasons for passing sex offender residency restrictions.

In this news story, the sheriff was quoted:

Chief Landon Swan of the Hereford Police Department explained the rationale behind the ordinance, stating, “What we’ve found is if we utilize all these different locations with the 2,000-foot radius, it actually lets us cover almost the entire town.”

Really? That’s the rationale?!?

Well sounds like a great place for a Lawsuit to take shape. Make that small town pay by

the way of courts and a Lawsuit. Miami tried that and cost them dearly.

Texas is quickly becoming Florida. Left Florida in 2021. Legislation this year is ridiculous for RSOs. But we can vote, right.

The State of Texas needs to start listening to our podcast Stinging Back on YouTube to get educated about what the online sting operations are really about. There are so many innocent people on the registry because of those fraudulent sting operations.

Wow. I’m so shocked that ignorant law enforcement uses politically charged rhetoric to other people under the guise of public safety. But… they’re not even using public safety anymore. Suffering is the point. Cruelty is the point.
