The Last Victim
One man caught in the day-care hysteria decades ago still seeks justice
By Rael Jean Isaac
On January 23, 2014, the Florida Parole Commission sent Frank Fuster a letter informing him that, owing to a recent policy change, it had determined that his initial interview was scheduled for March 2134. No, that isn’t a misprint. His first parole hearing is scheduled in 120 years. And this for a crime that, by any fair reading of the evidence, not only did Fuster not commit but never even happened.
Thirty-three years ago, Fuster, along with his young wife, Ileana, was convicted of sexually abusing children at his suburban Florida home, where Ileana provided day care. He is the last person charged in the mass sex-abuse-in-day-care scares that made headlines from the 1980s to the mid ’90s to remain in prison. MORE:

All the Sex offender registry is another form Segregation. Since the public no longer has legal grounds to hate someone legally. This list was made to give all Haters a legal hunting license, Think about it, First the blacks, Jews and Homosexuals were hated upon, They fought back and got the Public to stop messing with them! Now there is a new whipping boy for the past 30 years It is the sex offender! Listen If people were to get treatment when they needed it instead of prison sentences.
There could have been prevention in some cases. The Politicans and law makers are so gun ho about passing laws they created a Hate list. The people who committed bad crimes against children. These laws should be directed to those people and never been released! I, Myself, got put on a registy due to unwise decisions when I was 19 years old. I have been released from prison for 7 years now and still doing time. What? 10 to 25 more years reporting into Authority. I still being supervise by Big brother even though I am off probation and parole. I am a disable person who can never get section 8 housing because of the sex offender laws but yet The same law violates Federal housing Act. People wake the F*ck up!!and start to fight back. This sex offender list is Legal form of Segeration.

Maybe they think Frank Fuster is immortal ?? Ridiculous !!
lol. Those were my same exact thoughts. I’m sure that by 2134, This whole sex offender nonsense with it’s unconstitutional laws will be long gone and ancient history.
Yes Debra didn’t you know not only are those on the SOR immortal they can become invisible at will and walk through walls and closed doors , see through concrete walls, and snatch children from moving vehicles with the doors closed from up to 1000 ft. That’s why so many laws are necessary .
I wish they just shut down the Florida Parole Commission …They stop Parole in the 80’s. They don’t really do anything to restore anybody’s rights back as a person reads the article they would see the Parole Commission don’t really know what is going on themselves. It would save the tax payer thousands of dollars to eliminate wasteful state resources. I say it is time to close this office down and stop wasting tax dollars
What a horror story, which I can relate to . Much used tactics by prosecutors to get plea deals. A good friend of mine went to a therapist who supposedly brought back suppressed memories for her. It caused a rift between her and her parents. And eventually she committed suicide. These therapists and courts that allow suppressed memories as anything believable need to be banned.
