The Dobbs Wire: It’s a WIN in the Minnesota Supreme Court concerning Minnesota’s sex offense civil commitment program

A new ruling has come out of the Minnesota Supreme Court concerning Minnesota’s sex offense civil commitment program.  The case was filed concerning the delays by which the state consumes constitutional and human rights to liberty, along with the lives of those locked up in Minnesota’s commitment center.

    Definitely good the two men stepped up and filed the lawsuit. I can’t imagine how it felt to get shot down twice though. The major concern to me is the vagueness of the reasonable time language. It was good for the news to bring up the money issue. Several times is been said eventually the registry and it’s parts will get to be too big and too expensive. Looks like they are noticing it here.
