We’ve previously written about measures that cruise lines have been taking to exclude sex offenders from their vessels. But the latest Federal data suggest that they were targeting the wrong people all along.

    Obviously no one on the registry is sexually assaulting anyone on cruise ships since we aren’t even allowed on board.

    Once again the evidence proves almost all offenses are commited by first timers not on the registry.

    Meanwhile, the media loves to play dumb by intentionally not reporting on the perp was not a PFTR

    Oh, believe me, they would have included it in the headline if it were.
