Victory in Merritt Island

A registered citizen successfully petitioned the court to remain in the home he bought with the permission of his probation officer.

If you recall, a couple of weeks ago we wrote about the Brevard County registrant whose neighbors were up in arms about him moving into their community and were trying to get him evicted (http://floridaactioncommittee.org/brevard-fighting-to-enforce-its-ordinance/).

Well the judge has ruled and the ruling is that he will be able to stay in his home!
