Act NOW: Submit an Online Declaration for Lawsuit

FAC is urgently asking every registered citizen who has been affected by residency restrictions, proximity ordinances, family separation, or other consequences of Florida’s registration scheme to submit a declaration.

Your declaration helps our attorneys show the court what these laws actually do to real human beings.

And we’ve made it easy.

👉 Submit your declaration online:
FAC Declaration Form

Please don’t put this off.

If you have ever thought, “Someone needs to do something,” this is your opportunity to help do it.

If you know another registered citizen who has been affected, send them this post. If you know others (in your treatment groups) or who don’t have internet access, help facilitate.

This is happening now. Declarations are needed now.

👉 Submit your declaration today:

Your experience matters. Your voice matters. And right now, FAC needs both.

FAC, can you explain any potential exposure as a result of submitting the sworn declaration? Is there potential to be subpoenad, deposed, or called as a witness subject to cross examination?

Kinda worried about retaliation by my local sheriffs tbh.
Ive been pretty vocal about them being a bunch of screw ups.

From a previous post, I understand that family members can not submit a declaration for the registered person. But how can that registered individual submit a declaration since they are not allowed to use the internet.

That’s a valid and unfortunate reality. Family members can print it, registrant can sign, family members can scan and return it to [email protected]
