Act NOW: Submit an Online Declaration for Lawsuit

FAC is urgently asking every registered citizen who has been affected by residency restrictions, proximity ordinances, family separation, or other consequences of Florida’s registration scheme to submit a declaration.

Your declaration helps our attorneys show the court what these laws actually do to real human beings.

And we’ve made it easy.

👉 Submit your declaration online:
FAC Declaration Form

Please don’t put this off.

If you have ever thought, “Someone needs to do something,” this is your opportunity to help do it.

If you know another registered citizen who has been affected, send them this post. If you know others (in your treatment groups) or who don’t have internet access, help facilitate.

⏰ This is happening now. Declarations are needed now.

👉 Submit your declaration today:

Your experience matters. Your voice matters. And right now, FAC needs both.

    To the FAC adminstration,

I don’t have an answer to it, but please don’t forget all those who cannot be online. I am fortunate and will assist those I know if they are interested in filling out the document.

But for those who wish to, that I don’t know, and wish to contribute???

    Any alternate plans or ideas?

I have completed a declaration for the county where I reside. I’d happily submit additional declarations for other areas, but none of the three options are technically correct.

What about a situation where we’re so terrified to go into the county that we simply don’t go there at all? I don’t “routinely travel” there (as option #3) states because I won’t risk it. As a result, I am missing out on time and memories with family and friends because I am unwilling to risk a “gotcha!” arrest from some unknown rule or ordinance I know nothing about and inadvertently violated. I feel stuck at home. I feel utterly unable to travel to most counties and places because I’m terrified. Which…I’m pretty sure was the goal.

    Please someone answer:
My family lives in the Tampa area. I live in Georgia. I can’t not visit my 83 year old mother or my sister and family. Do to all the restrictions which are very confusing do to State, county, city ect. My mom lives with my sister. There is a swimming pool and play ground within under 1000 ft.
My sister and mother are scared and can’t and does not want me to visit because of the restrictions.
They have to drive to Georgia which is very hard for my mother let alone my sister.
Am I able to fill out and sign the Declaration?
    Please advise.
    Thank you

James, based on your story I see no reason for you not to take a minute and fill out the declaration form.

There’s just no downside to you doing it that I know of, and your situation is serious. You appear to face several of the problems listed in the form.

FAC: Just wanted to let you know I am a registered Resident of Georgia not of Florida and have never registered in Florida. Can I still fill out the Declaration? I am not a member of FAC but I can be.

Thanks James, but you’d need to be on the Florida registry.

James – we are taking your request to heart. We will shortly be putting up a second version of the declaration to suit your concerns. We will provide the link as soon as the second version is built out. We are actively programming it.

I wish they had listed more reasons or provided a comment spot because there is way more things affected by this then just housing and a job because it does.

For purposes of these declarations, we are only focused on the challenged laws. We understand there are a ton more consequences, but for current purposes, only select the ones that apply (if any).
