Act NOW: Submit an Online Declaration for Lawsuit
FAC is urgently asking every registered citizen who has been affected by residency restrictions, proximity ordinances, family separation, or other consequences of Florida’s registration scheme to submit a declaration.
Your declaration helps our attorneys show the court what these laws actually do to real human beings.
And we’ve made it easy.
👉 Submit your declaration online:

Please don’t put this off.
If you have ever thought, “Someone needs to do something,” this is your opportunity to help do it.
If you know another registered citizen who has been affected, send them this post. If you know others (in your treatment groups) or who don’t have internet access, help facilitate.
⏰ This is happening now. Declarations are needed now.

I am unable to complete your current declaration form due to unusual residency circumstances. I am currently not residing in Florida BUT my declaration may and should still have solid weight. You already have my email address and may contact me if you wish to receive my declaration.
I was born in Escambia County and still have family there. I have been a registered sex offender for over 30 years. I left the United States because of the real, tangible, and documentable harm the restrictions caused my wife, children, and family.
My grandmother lived in Pensacola. It was always my wish to return home to see her, and it was always her wish that I come home so she could meet my son. I am her only grandson, making my son her only great-grandson through me. She passed away only weeks ago.My son is ten years old and has never been able to meet her or her him. I have not seen my grandmother in over 20 years.I never will again. The best we could manage were video calls. Even if I had been able to travel to Florida and return to my new home without complications—a serious and ongoing risk for any registered sex offender—her final nursing home would have been off-limits to me because of Florida’s residency and location restrictions. As a result, my son never met his great-grandmother, and I was unable to fulfill her dying wish.
All of this stems from a consensual offense involving mistaken identity more than thirty years ago. Had I been convicted of murder, arson, driving under the influence causing bodily harm, or nearly any other crime, my grandmother’s final wish could have been granted and my son could have formed a cherished memory that should never have been denied him.
Everything stated here is true. I prefer not to provide my name out of genuine fear of retaliation, abuse, or harm to family members who still live in Florida.

FAC, can you explain any potential exposure as a result of submitting the sworn declaration? Is there potential to be subpoenad, deposed, or called as a witness subject to cross examination?
Finished in 30 seconds. Thank you FAC!
Did mine.
Kinda worried about retaliation by my local sheriffs tbh.
Ive been pretty vocal about them being a bunch of screw ups.
From a previous post, I understand that family members can not submit a declaration for the registered person. But how can that registered individual submit a declaration since they are not allowed to use the internet.
Email [email protected] provide what county all this informaiton please we will try accommodate.
That’s a valid and unfortunate reality. Family members can print it, registrant can sign, family members can scan and return it to [email protected]
