If we already have submitted a declaration in paper form for the FAC v. Glass, et al lawsuit, should we still send in this electronic declaration?
How do I fill out this declaration if I’m from another state? My family( elderly mother83 and sister) live I Florida with all the rules and restrictions always changing in state, county’s and towns/ cities. My family is scared for me to come and visit! They don’t want me to end up in jail because of some violation. They have to travel to Georgia to visit me here. Which is very difficult for my elderly mother to travel long distances. Time consuming and costly for my sister.
Someone please advise me.

All registered citizens really need to stand up and fight back. It’s been 29 years for me. Enough!! I’m not afraid anymore. I don’t care if I go public. I even got scammed out of $4,000 because of this. ENOUGH!!!

Hello, are family members allowed to do this? Wondering because it looks like the declarations are only for people on the list. If you make one for family members, such as mothers, a lot of people might be able to do it. If it’s of any help. Thank you.
Thanks Francine. These are only for registrants. Only people with direct standing to challenge the law. We understand that the laws affect the entire family, but for this round we can only use registrants.
