Come On!!! Attorney for killer of Mattieo Condoluci claims he didn’t originally intend to murder.

The Attorney for James Fairbanks, who shot Mattieo Condoluci to death a couple of weeks ago, is claiming he “didn’t intend to kill him”. REALLY?!?! So he just found him on the registry, showed up at his door with a gun, shot him inside his home and then sent an email to the news station describing his motivation for murdering Condoluci?

Thankfully the Douglas County attorney and the Judge presiding over the murder case didn’t buy that either and continue to hold Fairbanks in jail without bond. The most disturbing part of the news story below is that they report Fairbanks continues to get public recognition for murdering someone. That’s sick.

Don Klein, the Douglas County DA, stated the suspect used the registry for target shooting. Will he then be charged with misusing the registry? Oh wait he was protecting the public because the offense rate is frightening and high. What’s frightening is the bs of government officials and what are they high on?

      Hi Brandon.
You are so right! Here is a federal government document that shows that ex – sex offenders have the lowest rates (overall) of recidivism of any crime type!

And, even on the rare occasions that we do re-offend, those new offenses are most often non – sexual crimes.

      https://www.ncjrs.gov/App/Publications/abstract.aspx?ID=271086

Please save this government document locally (Just in case it conveniently disappears from the internet) and use to show people the TRUTH.

      Enjoy!

He was target practicing with his son in the back yard and the bullet traveled several miles and hit the victim. Accident if I ever saw one.

I wish I had that good of a lying lawyer when I went to court. My lawyer was TOO damn honest and might as well have worked for the prosecution.

“coughs” Bull*hit ! Excuses for suspect (Not even going to call him Mister) Fairbanks

It stands to reason, if this guy is found guilty, the freaks will come out of the wood work and start taking us out with the feeling of immunity.

    Oh Oh
I re-watched the video and missed this part the first time, the prosecutor admitted the suspect used the registry to target the victim and that makes him a ” Threat to the community”. Without saying it, did she MEAN the registered community?

Hum sounds like punishment to me when we have targets on our backs 24 hours of every day. But all of us, already knew that.

That story is about as accurate as the one I make up below.

Attorney ” My client was just walking down the street, minding his own business and tripped over a rock and his gun accidentally discharged hitting mister Condoluci”. ” As a token of respect, my client will donate $1000 to the save the registry foundation”.

If the jury lets this guy off with a not guilty or a hung jury, I hope there is a retrial.
Justice is blind. This expression means that justice is impartial and objective. BUT, that is NOT always the case as we ALL well know from experience.

He didn’t intent to murder anyone. Let’s see the gun was placed in his hands; the victims address mysteriously was found and his email was hacked. Yup that seems logical. By the way I’m being sarcastic

Though I’m not generally a fan of rap, this lawyer’s excuse reminds me of the Eminem song “Guilty Conscience” when the guy walks in on his girlfriend cheating on him.

I’m sure this lame excuse is going to fly like a lead balloon.

What i AM concerned about is the vigilante group is trying to influence potential jurors with their jury nullification nonsense.
