Come On!!! Attorney for killer of Mattieo Condoluci claims he didn’t originally intend to murder.

The Attorney for James Fairbanks, who shot Mattieo Condoluci to death a couple of weeks ago, is claiming he “didn’t intend to kill him”. REALLY?!?! So he just found him on the registry, showed up at his door with a gun, shot him inside his home and then sent an email to the news station describing his motivation for murdering Condoluci?

Thankfully the Douglas County attorney and the Judge presiding over the murder case didn’t buy that either and continue to hold Fairbanks in jail without bond. The most disturbing part of the news story below is that they report Fairbanks continues to get public recognition for murdering someone. That’s sick.

We faced violence for the first time because my husband is on the registry. The neighbors got drunk and told me they were going to “kill my husband”. I was out for a walk with my one year old daughter when he decided to follow me and yell it at me.
I called my husband to warn him. By the time I got home, my husband had already knocked the guy out and was on the phone with the police.
The neighbors now want to act like they are victims and that they have been living in fear. Thankfully, not a single person believes them.
Hopefully no one will believe this idiot either.

      Supportive wife

PLEASE do like I did when I had my own house and my parents have where I live now. Invest in a good security system with high grade cameras with sound. They saved me many a time. Also an alarm system so someone doesn’t break in and surprise you while you are sleeping.
This is ONE investment ALL on the registry should make.

Oh we bought the cameras the next day. The coward of a man decided to slash my husband’s tires in the middle of the night. We don’t play that game.
We have cameras and charges pending.

Supportive Wife, I will gladly buy you and your hubby a nice dinner.

This does raise the question as to how we can legally protect ourselves.

That’s something that we have had to seriously ask ourselves. The biggest thing is making sure the confrontation is on your property and that you are the one calling the police. Legally, that looks good.

Anyone remember the Safe Auto ad from a few years back where this guy stands accused of a crime, and the defendant was asked if he had anything to say, and his response was, “yeah, I’m innocent,” and the judge says “That’s good enough for me” the lets the defendant go free? I think that is what this idiot attorney is trying for. And the Free Fairbanks vigilante group is promoting jury nullification.

Below are exerpts from Fairbanks’s online confession. Going to be hard to argue unintentional here:

Fairbanks begins the post saying “I am writing this email to let you know that I killed Mattieo Condoluci Thursday around 9:45 pm.”

Fairbanks says in the post said that he was “apartment searching and checking the neighborhoods when I stumbled across his sex offender registry info.”

The post said Fairbanks had spotted Condoluci in the driveway “pretending to wash his truck (…) while staring at a group of children playing in the street.” Fairbanks also said that there was playground equipment in the backyard.

Fairbanks continued “it agonized me for days. I couldnt sleep. I researched him more and more…”

“… i couldnt in good condition allow him to do it to anyone else while I had the means to stop him,” Fairbanks says.

“I’m willing to turn myself in even though im confident I wouldn’t be caught because its my opinion that we need to fix this in our society,” Fairbanks said.

Fairbanks continued saying “I know this means I will face far more severe punishment for stopping him (…). But I could no longer do nothing,”

Fairbanks concludes with evidence specific to the homicide.

Throughout the post Fairbanks makes numerous accusations against Condoluci which could not immediately be verified.

I didnt “intend” to possess nude images of anyone under 18 years of age on a computer shared by others. But here I am, a convicted and registered sex offender. So, if a jury can find me guilty for “knowingly” committing my offense, I hope his jury will find him guilty too.

Yeah I could find 100 people easy u went to school with that did the same thing as me not on the registry…just to say this is bull shit. Besides this is a different world people watch their kids, they sit at bus stops and don’t go down dark alleys. The government is acting like they are the good guys and the only ones that can protect someone but continue to do bad things while we are on a hit list unarmed with our own family’s not protected.

Although that article made me now believe the guy was indeed a monster, it still wasn’t that man’s right to kill the guy. If his daughter who had been raped did it, and not some random person searching the registry, I might be less sympathetic to the guy getting whacked.

BUT, the fact that could have been ANY of us gives me great pause. And of course, EVERYONE on the registry is a pedophile according to the press.
None of us have the right to know a 15 time convicted drug king pen lives next to us. The guy who has killed 2 people as a drunk driver and has been arrested 7 times for it, I am not allowed to know that. What about Joe the guy who has broken into, oh I don’t know, 100 houses over 25 years, I am not allowed to know he lives behind me and has been eyeing my riding lawnmower?

George Floyd had a criminal record too, yet people are outraged he was murdered. Obviously, they feel only some convicted offenders should be treated with dignity after they served their time.

And yes, we’ve read some of Diane Dimond’s BS before.

I submitted the following comment: (Maybe it’ll make these morons stop and THINK)

“Fairbanks is a cold blooded murderer. If we are going to excuse it, then we may as well just declare an open hunting season on child molesters and quit talking about it.
What is the name of that cable TV series? – “The Purge”? Well, why not?”
