Come On!!! Attorney for killer of Mattieo Condoluci claims he didn’t originally intend to murder.

The Attorney for James Fairbanks, who shot Mattieo Condoluci to death a couple of weeks ago, is claiming he “didn’t intend to kill him”. REALLY?!?! So he just found him on the registry, showed up at his door with a gun, shot him inside his home and then sent an email to the news station describing his motivation for murdering Condoluci?

Thankfully the Douglas County attorney and the Judge presiding over the murder case didn’t buy that either and continue to hold Fairbanks in jail without bond. The most disturbing part of the news story below is that they report Fairbanks continues to get public recognition for murdering someone. That’s sick.

I am having a little tiff with that Diane Dimond. This is how she tries justifying the use of the erroneous term “convicted pedophile” which she emailed me just a while ago:

“Look, Condoluci was TWICE convicted of sexual assault against a minor. Once in Florida, once in Nebraska. At least three of his female relatives report he routinely sexually abused – raped – them as children. By any definition that is the quintessential profile of a preferential pedophile. CONVICTED + PEDOPHILE = the shorthand nickname ‘convicted pedophile..'”

I’ve already stated multiple times why one cannot be a “convicted pedophile.” But, if anyone else wants to respond to this idiot, her email is —

When did washing your tuck while kids are playing become a crime? I could see if you were pleasuring yourself in their presence. When you rent a house better ask the landlord to remove all play equipment. Your life might depend on it. Seriously people need to mind their business and look at the skeletons in their closet.

      Brandon
I have said this before on here. The school bus stop is right by my house. (well when there was a school to go to anyway)
The parents would stand there and wait for their kids to escort them past my house. Then once they got home and changed clothes, they were in the street AND my driveway playing catch, hopscotch, riding bikes etc. WITHOUT their parents. REALLY ?

We are such a terrible bunch aren’t we? Yet this George Floyd guy being memorialized and praised had spent 5 yrs in prison after robbing the house of a PREGNANT BLACK WOMAN and holding a gun to her PREGNANT BELLY. Yup. People spend more time googling us but won’t google George Floyd’s criminal history.

Oh, and before I forget, I’d like to ask the victim advocates this question; How do you think the robbery victim (a pregnant woman at the time) feels to see this man’s name being praised and made a martyr of?
Since even a CONSENSUAL relationship with a POST PUBESCENT teenager gets us asked “How do you think the victim feels?”
        Right. Back. At. You.

Regardless of how bad he was, I think you agree he didn’t deserve to die the way he did.

But I agree that regardless if the situation, the rioters and looters are burning down businesses of people who are trying to recover from the covid-19 shut down, and now they are becoming victims as well.
So one crime by a bad cop justifies making other people who had nothing to do with it pay the price?
Peaceful rallies and protest are ok as someone can demonstrate and protest anything they want. Save the whales, stop SUV’s from hogging 3 parking places, I do not care, just stop tearing up the cities, burning and looting stores ( Target and CVS shut down a lot of their stores because of this ) Some people like myself have to get our medications at those places.

My point was that if these people were the victims of his past crimes, they wouldn’t be rioting about his death.
And I’ve seen many people (ignorant obviously) on social media saying “Insurance will cover the damage”. Yeah, because it wasn’t THEIR home or business or property that was destroyed. And now celebrities are literally offering BAIL for any of the rioters that got arrested. I’ve lost all respect for Norman Reedus and will probably never again watch THE WALKING DEAD or purchase and of TWD products because he’s also contributing to helping with bail for the rioters.

Celebrities need to stick to the entertainment industry and STFU on political issues.

I would support bail for demonstrators from W.A.R. (Women Against Registry), if G-d forbid it ever came to that.

I looking forward to seeing if the prosecutor can seat a truly impartial jury.
As registered citizens we never go into a courtroom where justice is truly blind.
Seems that public sentiment always has a finger on her scales or she peaks under her blindfold.

The gun grew a body. The gun grew a brain and looked this guy up on the internet. The gun just acted along and had a relationship with James Fairbanks’ hand your Honor, Therefore, the gun did the job…… and James Fairbanks did not
Guns don’t kill. People with guns kill! I have never saw a gun load itself and discharged itself with out some type of human being involved
