Customers of massage parlor begin to fight back

Customers of the now infamous Florida massage parlors have filed a Complaint for Emergency Declaratory Judgment against the Jupiter Police Department. The complaint seeks to block the release of videos, photos, customer list and other evidence collected in connection with the sting operation in which dozens of customers and masseuses were arrested.

The complaint (a copy of which can be read here) points out that the premise for the surveillance was “human trafficking” but that no human trafficking charges were brought against any of the targets of the sting. The complaint further argues that the surveillance activity violated the privacy rights of the people arrested and the people not arrested (yes, there were people there for legitimate spa services).

Hysteria over buzzwords like “human trafficking” and “sex offender” have given police license to cross the line for years. It seems this group of targets has the financial resources to fight back. We will keep you updated as things unfold.

    Ask yourself, Who’s being trafficked

Simple, but very deep question to ponder.

The prison-industrial complex is nothing less than a human trafficking racket. And it just snared a couple hundred (?) victims.

Better yet ask yourself if there were people being trafficked why did the law enforcement allow that to continue for 4 months. Maybe I am naive but aren’t the victims of human trafficking supposed to be the priority.

Better yet where the hell is all the outrage from Senator Lauren Book? LEO enabled these victims to be victimized for 4 months after knowing about it. Maybe instead of training hotel employees how to identify and respond to human trafficking, the state should better train its own law enforcement.

Wow! That is insane! Total violation of privacy. I would be so upset if I had been a customer there and was video taped by perverted police claiming to be working a human trafficking case just to meet their own sick perverted pleasures. This is so sick!!!
The human trafficking excuse is the same excuse they use in Texas for conducting sex sting operations in adult sites, posing as minors looking for sex with adult men, completely for free, no charge at all, because everybody knows that human traffickers offer up theit victims for free on Craigslist, to complete strangers (sarcasm). Then they claim to not believe that it could be true that a very vulnerable and naive young man may actually want to help a young girl advertising herself on Craigslist to have free sex with adult men, just for the fun of it. Who really expects for teenagers to advertise themselves on adult sites, looking for free sex with adult men and tell their real age?
Should we thank the fake wannabe heroes for saving the kids who do this, from these predators that go onto these adult sites looking for them? 🙄
The system in Midland, TX is insane! You would not believe the amount of fabricated evidence! They’ve even gone as far as used a doctor to provide false information from a supposed evaluation (ordered by the court) just to make sure they get the conviction they want. We have a previous proper evaluation from a reputable place. That’s how we know the results from their doctor contains fabricated evidence. This person’s personality is the exact opposite from antisocial personality, yet the report describes him as that. It’s so insane!
We’ll have to get the same evaluation performed again by an honest professional.
It’s insane how we can have people this screwed up working in our system and how hard they work to cover up facts and fabricate the evidence they need to get what they want.

hmm..here is my question..is it legal for voyerism ?..nopers…if you place a camera in a mall dressing room you become a sex offender…it is even illegal for the mall to place cameras in dressing rooms to catch shoplifting…it does appear those who choose to have a massage should be able to press charges on the police department for sexually exploiting them (AKA.human trafficking )..it appears our police department have chosen to become violent sex offenders (term given to all sex offenders who offend against an unwilling victim ) to maybe catch a non violent sex offender. the police have chosen to violate the privacy and rights of EVERYONE with the logic to catch someone…we are heading down a very slippery path if this isn’t challenged because it gives police UNLIMITED AUTHORITY over and above citizens rights.

The victims of this sting need to hear this.

No wonder it is getting more and more difficult to trust law enforcement. Many seem to think they themselves are above the law. Some must still think they are playing “cops and robbers” totally ignoring that humans and a Constitution are involved.

I wonder how many police man hours and tax payers dollars were wasted on this Massage Parlor farse? Here in Jacksonville, we’re experiencing a surge in murders and mass shootings on a regular basis and there is a growing public outcry for more policeman on the streets. Cops need to prioritize violent crime over grandpa getting a blow job.
