FBI investigating Epstein apparent suicide amid suspicion surrounding his death

_____

The FBI has launched an investigation into the apparent suicide of billionaire and alleged sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, the agency said in a press release Saturday.

Epstein, who was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, reportedly hanged himself Saturday morning, and his body was removed from Manhattan Correctional Center soon after. The timing of his death, which followed a 2,000-page document dump on Friday, as well as the fact that he had been placed on suicide watch following an incident in which he was found unconscious last month, was met with suspicion from many.

While law enforcement officers indicated Epstein had killed himself, the New York City Chief Medical Examiner has yet to make an official ruling on his cause of death.

“We are investigating the cause of death and we have an open case,” a representative said. “There is no official cause of death yet — the medical examiner has to do their job.”

I posted early on on this issue and having time to reflect a bit I have had a couple of additional thoughts.
    1. Regarding the conspiracy issues, assuming there are lots of people JE had dirt on, why did they not take him out BEFORE he was in a high security detention center. Certainly would have been a lot easier and probably less expensive….if that is what actually happened.
    2. JE was use to living an opulent and decadent life style. Now he was in by all accounts in a pit of a jail with more to come. No more “good life” for him. He knew a day of facing his accusers and extreme humiliation was coming. Considering the egotistical and selfish nature of the man, he may have simply decided this was all the life he wanted to live. The rest of the train wreck in that jail is incidental but revealing of just how poorly managed the place was.

There are basically two choices. One is a very complex conspiracy involving several bad actors that both paid and got paid a lot of money. Their job was so professional and good, it looks like a suicide except the whole thing stinks. The second is, the guy was a jerk, had obvious psychological health issues and simply opted not to face the music. In death as in life, he took the path he thought best for himself. What a miserable and pathetic place he must have come to to take that final step.

For anyone that sees this as a solution, please tell someone and accept the help graciously. As long as you have breath, you have life and value. With life, you have the ability to make changes for yourself and others.

I respect your opinion but I’m sticking with mine although I don’t expect it to ever be proved. Was it just coincidence his cell mate was an ex police officer? Watch that he doesn’t at some point get released especially early for good behavior. There making a big deal that the guards didn’t make there 30 min. Rounds. Which doesn’t make any sense whether or not they did or not, 15 min is plenty of time to commit suicide, you don’t need hours, or even an hour. Or the cell mates family might get some extra money in some form or another, but don’t expect it to ever be proven.

My God. Enough with the conspiracy theories.

He lived a lavish life of criminal behavior and wealth. He was now living with rats, roaches and jail filth.
Chances of ever getting out were slim to none, and slim snitched on him.

He killed himself. Come next legislative session we are all going to pay his price.

I wish they’d give as much attention to other registrants who are murdered or harmed.

He was silenced. He obviously threatened to snitch on some VERY powerful people unless they got him out of there.
They figured it’d be easier to just whack him and send in their own “investigators” to cover it up.

It’s all good though, God isn’t blind and their day is coming up pretty fast 🙂

I’ve heard a lot of criticism of conspiracy theorists and who stood more to lose than whom but suicide ( aided or not) and murder are both relatively plausible in this case. The fear of Mr Epstein naming very high profile names from politicians to business leaders entertainers to even royals made a lot of people very nervous let’s be real money and power kept him alive after the florida case it may have killed him to we all know anyone with money and power can’t be fully trusted. On the flip side he was facing 40 years fed time and to a 66 year old that’s a death sentence by itself couple that with the lifestyle he had that could push him over the edge. I attempted suicide twice while waiting for my case to run it’s course fortunately for me God knew better than I did and wasn’t ready to pass judgement on me yet. I don’t think we will ever know the truth

How do we know he is truly dead? He did not die at the prison but at the hospital. Is it so hard to imagine a scenario where he took something in his cell, was found unresponsive, taken to the hospital where his body was swapped with another, and he was smuggled out the side. Exactly how many people would need to be involved.

Trump and company certainly had a lot to lose, too. Don’t forget that BOTH PARTIES are linked to Epstein so stop pretending this is a partisan issue.

What i would like to know is if Ron Book or his idiot daughter have any ties to Epstein given Epstein’s ties to South FloriDUH, and that was the REAL reason for Lauren’s odd ranting as of late.

That’s a very good point. Didn’t even think about that. There’s truly no telling what all the BCF (Book Crime Family) is really involved in.

I’m highly suspicious. They shut him up real quick – too quick actually.
If one in the circle of power gets caught, then the others in that circle are threatened as well. Epstein’s secrets will be buried with him and that is how they want it. With money and power anything is possible.
