Florida County to seek first known death penalty for sexual abuse of a minor.

In a first known case since Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a new law authorizing the death penalty for a sex offense, a Putnam County man will be facing the death penalty for alleged sexual abuse.

The accused, who had a prior (from 2010) sexual assault conviction, is being charged with the sexual assault of two minors in Putnam.

Sir, with all due Respect I didn’t commit the heinous crime, which causes many victims to commit suicide based on what happened to them. Im a victim too on 3 occasions by 3 people at different times as a lil boy, and I’m still dealing with a lifetime of mental illnesses as a result of what was done to me. It is my Right as a citizen of these United States of America to freely expose those who are amongst us, who may still have ill wills to revert back to those same behaviors. I REPEAT I REPEAT I WONT STOP DESEMINATING THOS INFORMATION JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE HURT FEELINGS ABOUT IT, WHAT ABOUT THE VICTIMS WHO SUFFER NEEDLESSLY AS YOU GO ON ABOUT YOUR LIFE.

      Mr. D
I strongly suggest that you go seek out a mental health therapist. You obviously have unresolved issues. Go get some therapy. Help yourself. Also, no need to yell.

@mr d you may not go around harassing people, but you are facilitating hate, isolation, and possible violence. Why don’t you actually go meet the person and have a conversation before you smear someone in the place they live. That’s just cowardice. My neighbors know me and leave me alone because they talk to me and know who I am. If people are really concerned, the names are on a public website. They can look it up themselves. There is no need to spread the news to any and all who will hear you. Perhaps if you talk to the person you’ll have a better understanding of what the person really did or didn’t do, and get an idea of what kind of person they really are instead of relying on the narrow minded information you see on the web and the rumors that it starts
