Florida County to seek first known death penalty for sexual abuse of a minor.

In a first known case since Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a new law authorizing the death penalty for a sex offense, a Putnam County man will be facing the death penalty for alleged sexual abuse.

The accused, who had a prior (from 2010) sexual assault conviction, is being charged with the sexual assault of two minors in Putnam.

Sir that’s them and I don’t do any of that, if a person does anything top the pedophile that’s on them. I suspect there is more to your story than you are telling. I can tell you my kids will know who you are and to steer clear of you and your home. I don’t have to harass anyone to ignore them. Seems like your neighbors if this story is true, which I have doubts about were problem neighbors to begin with. ONCE AGAIN SO YOU GET IT, ME DISSEMENATING INFORMATION TO THE COMMUNITY ABOUT WHO YOU ARE DOESNT GIVE OTHERS’ RIGHTS TO HARASS YOU, BUT UNDERSTAND THAT JUST LIKE THERE ARE RACIST WHO SEEK TO HARM ME THEIR WILL BE PEDOPHILE HATERS WHO HATE YOU, IT IS WHAT IT IS.

Congrats Mr D. You are just helping chase people out of their homes who are just simply trying to re integrate into society and trying to become productive members of society. Your harassing actions just add to the fact that there is a homeless problem caused by people taking the law into their own hands. Shame on you. Maybe you should just mind your own business and protect your own family, instead of creating a lynch mob and hatred towards people who have paid their debt to society. I have. A neighbor who thought he was king s*** and passed my name around to cause hatred towards me and isolate me. It backfired after the sheriff got involved. And now recently he and his family is getting kicked out of their rental home as well as being charged with tax evasion. He should have spent more time protecting his family. I OWN my home, he just rents his and was using it to run an illegal business. As I said, you should concentrate on your own life and quit being a nosey neighbor and let people live in peace and most of all mind your own business. And before you sling arrows at me, I’m not. Child predator or child sex offender. Many people in Florida get on the registry for other asinine reason.

While Florida law doesn’t specifically use the term “vigilante,” it addresses actions that might be associated with vigilantism under various criminal statutes. Individuals who take the law into their own hands, especially if they engage in violence, threats, or intimidation, could face criminal charges. A person who takes actions that constitute assault (threat of violence) or battery (physical violence), can be charged under those specific statutes. Florida Statute § 914.22 addresses harassment of witnesses, jurors, and other individuals involved in legal proceedings. This could be relevant if a person attempts to intimidate or prevent someone from cooperating with law enforcement.
Florida Statute § 836.05 addresses threats to accuse someone of a crime or to cause them harm. This statute could be relevant if a person makes threats to compel someone to act against their will.
Florida Statute § 943.10 defines auxiliary law enforcement officers and outlines their limited authority under the supervision of a full-time officer.
Florida Statute § 934.03 outlines the circumstances under which it is illegal to intercept wire, oral, or electronic communications.
Florida Statute § 777.04 addresses criminal attempt, which is when a person takes steps towards committing a crime but fails to complete it.
Florida Statute § 777.04 addresses criminal conspiracy, which is when two or more people agree to commit a crime.

Sir, with all due respect everyone is interested in what I do to protect the community at large, and some thank me for disseminating this information, because they have kids. If I can safe one child or person from being Raped, I’ve done my Human Deed of the day, what are you doing to do the same?
