Florida registrant murdered – remains found in suitcase.
19-year-old Lucas Jones of Indialantic, Florida has been charged with second-degree murder after human remains were discovered in a suitcase in a remote area of Palm Bay known as “The Compound.”
Police were first alerted on March 28, 2026, after reports of a suspicious suitcase surrounded by vultures. Inside, officers found human remains, and additional remains were located in a second suitcase nearby. Evidence at the scene quickly linked Jones to the case, making him a primary suspect. A search of Jones’ residence uncovered further evidence, and statements from his girlfriend indicated that she had unknowingly assisted him in disposing of containers in the area where the remains were found.
Jones was initially arrested on charges related to abuse and disposal of a body, but after additional investigation and coordination with prosecutors and the medical examiner, authorities upgraded the charges to second-degree murder. The victim was later identified as a 28 year old man who was reported missing days earlier who was also listed as a registered sex offender in Florida.

F.A.C has filed, or helped and or supported, filing many lawsuits. Does 1 and 2 and many more, often joined with other groups. We cannot make a judge side with us so we have to keep trying. Most of us on the registry do not have much money and F.A.C is not a bank.
We all want and need relief but all the money on earth is not going to make a judge side with us. We just need that one judge who has compassion, understanding, grace and conviction pertaining to our situations and how that affects our families.
And, finally, cases can be thrown out if the high court refuses to hear the case or they can remand it back to a lower court, which can also take time. And like I said ALL of this is very costly, lawsuits are usually not free unless you are filing without attorney representation. And even then, there are costs.

Can the media team do a press release or even team up with acsol and other organizations do press releases condemning this murder and the comments being made on tv news stations sites and social media and no one is removing them comments or talking out about them.
Who do these laws protect? do these laws actually protect our children? well here is the actual proof: Recently Osceola County Florida Did a online sting where they go onto adult websites and at some point will lie about there age to entrap and arrest innocent people and hold news conference calling these innocent people predators, child rapists, etc… and what has the hit list that old men wearing dress’s say is legal as it protects the public and is civil in nature and not punishment although there was NOT A ONE 1 PERSON that is publicly listed on a government illustrated hit list that the government has determined that is so dangerous for ever that they need to have there picture, home address, work information, vehicles all listed on a list for the public that these laws are suppose to protect to create a list of people to MURDER AND/OR CAUSE BODILY AND METAL HARM TO THEIR PERSONS OR PROPERTY AND THAT OF THERE FAMILY’S! ! NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE BUT MANY MORE! WHAT DO THESE LAWS ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISH YOU MAY WOUNDER? well it enriches people, lots of people and company’s by the software and websites that is programed, gps montering company’s, police overtime, courts, lawyers, jails and prisons public and private all are enriched by these laws! THESE LAWS DO NOT PROTECT THE PUBLIC AS TIME AND TIME AGAIN IT HAS BEEN SHOWN THAT RECIDIVISM RATE OF SOMEONE CONVICTED OF A BROAD AWAY OF SO CALLED CRIMES WHAT WILL LAND SOMEONE ON THE GOVERMENT’S HIT LIST IS THE LOWEST OF RELEASE CRIMINALS AFTER MURDER CONVICTIONS!
