Kentucky teen pleads guilty to killing sex offender

A Kentucky teenager has pleaded guilty to killing a convicted sex offender who lived nearby.

The Daily News reports 17-year-old Lance D’artagnan Lear of Auburn entered the plea Monday in Logan Circuit Court to charges of murder and arson. The plea agreement recommends a 20-year sentence.

Lear told the judge he went to Jerry Caudill’s home on June 7, 2017 around 3 a.m. and set it on fire knowing Caudill was asleep inside.

Parole guaranteed, no matter how he behaves in prison the parole board will idealize him.

I have said it before and will say it again.. I have said it since 1997 and I have been right. I will keep saying it until they either finally succeed in burying me or people actually listen and I will continue to be right.. Stick your head in the sand if you must but just remember this eventually will be you or a loved one..Not “if” but WILL..It will be you or a loved one or maybe even you and a loved one..
The only thing power respects is equal power.. When that power owns the media and the courts and the police you can get it into your heads those avenues wont protect you…
If every single person on the registry stands up and adds at least one person who cares about them there is enough people to make an immediate change and stop..YOU need to MAKE it stop, or it wont..IT is the ONLY way it will stop. Is it possible some may get hurt or killed? Is it possible you may get “shamed” ? aren’t these things happening to you already? Do nothing they will continue to happen and they will get worse.. DO SOMETHING and at least you have a chance.. Sir Issac Newton told you what you need. He was right then and it is right now. You need equal and opposite force to stop it and you need more force to make sure it never comes back.. Anything else and you get nothing else. A cool million people on the registry and if each has 1 friend its an easy 2 million people.. That is change..If you stop groveling. If you want to continue groveling then stop complaining when it gets worse, by complacency you have contributed to it.

Hi all! Well I have seen the way of truth, and that is we who are on the registry are screwed , on Monday 29th , I was founded guilty by two sheriff officers, and thrown in jail, I had a individual come to my home and yell that I am a Pedophile so I call 911 and they tell two deputies are in route so I hang up well the guy who was yelling this he took off and here is where I am guilty due to me being on the registry, the deputies say well you are on the registry so what is the harm? I say that’s some bull so they go and talk to the guy. Well they come back and say where is the box cutter you used to cut his tires , I say what? Well I had a witness and the deputies say well he doesn’t count due to him being with me. Well I go to jail and the other guy gets to leave. Now I live in Florida and I feel this some straight bull. Hell the state I got convicted in sent Florida a statement saying I was not required to register but oh well I have a misdemeanor to worry about now, hell maybe it is time take the easy way out

Offenders can’t protect themselves … their address….name and offense are public and they expect it to keep people safe??!! Who exactly are safe??!! It’s one umbrella for them all and everyone gets wet and they all don’t deserve to be rained on

Just a reminder, anyone can write to the judge and state their grievances as concerned (registered) citizens.
