Non-Registrant Collateral Consequences in Action
Woman and 6 children attacked and vandalized because of registrant family member.
What’s equally disgusting is the reporter’s suggestion that somehow the man’s children are in danger because of HIM!

In just 10 days, donations appear to have been pouring in— check the thermometer! Let’s keep going!
We have a NEW MATCHING DONOR! If you didn’t see the email.
Every dollar you contribute to FAC’s Non-Registrant Collateral Consequences Challenge, between now and September 30, will be MATCHED DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR.
And the amount of the matching pledge is $5,727.50. Why is that? Because, with matching, that’s ALL WE NEED for the lawyers to get the process started. If you look at the thermometer on the webpage.
If you have the means, or think you will by Sept 30, chip in a bit and LET’S GET THIS THING STARTED! You’re nuts if you don’t!
FAC, do you think someone would be able to insert on the website, beneath the NRCC Challenge thermometer, a note about this, both as a reminder and also in case there are new families affected by the registry who find FAC’s site.
Good idea – we will try to put that out today.
This is not exactly on topic. But watching the news on Epstein, the Massachusetts institute of Technology is being highly criticized for accepting money from Epstein because he was a sex offender. Has it now gotten to the point that if you are on the registry your money is no longer any good and should be rejected by any you offer it to. It won’t be long you won’t be able to use your money if you’re on the registry. In stead of getting better it gets worse with every bit of news. It’s already to a point you can’t live in a house, you can’t have a job, you can’t take your kids to school, you can’t go out of the country, or on vacation, you can’t vote, your friends or relatives can’t park there car at your residence, etc. Now if anyone accepts your money they will be ostracized by society and marked for discrimination, along with your family and relatives and friends.
So someone will have the job of entering the new address for this family and posting it on the internet, knowing that this action puts these children in danger. Once these children reach the age of 18, they have the right to sue the state for placing them in danger. The vandalism is designed to cause trauma to children. In this country, there is no registry for men who beat children.
