Non-Registrant Collateral Consequences in Action

Woman and 6 children attacked and vandalized because of registrant family member.

What’s equally disgusting is the reporter’s suggestion that somehow the man’s children are in danger because of HIM!

This is how the registry destroys families. When the “good people” of the community realize there is a “sex offender” in their midst AND there are children in the house, they either report the registrant for sexual abuse or vandalize the residence. Many of us choose to live apart from our children/grandchildren to prevent this kind of $hit from happening. Never forget the goal of government is to have everyone in a criminal database and take away their children.

Good point. I’m reading Permanent Record, a book by another outcast who knows…Edward Snowden.

Well, I know you know this but they are obviously not “good people”. Today, there are literally zero moral, informed Americans who think Registries are acceptable. Zippo. There are no decent people left who think Registries are okay, unless they are just completely clueless and lost. And some are.

I find that useful to keep in mind while living listed on the hit list. No decent person is ever going to attack you. Anyone who does is a piece of sh*t who deserves no concern or consideration. They are just common criminals. For a long time I’ve found it completely trivial to treat such “people” as the real no-account nothings that they are. They might as well not even exist.

If anyone were harassing me like this, I expect I’d have them caught within a few weeks. One way or another.

Reality: The $EX Offender Registries are nothing but a giant pile of excrement. They are clearly not needed or beneficial. That is trivial to prove. There is nothing legitimate about them. They are nothing but harassment by out-of-control Nanny Big Government and the emperor never had any clothes. They are all liars.

Actually, the wife can files suit on her behalf and on behalf of the minor children as next of kin.

If the perpetrator of this got his information from a public registry the registered person should be able to sue the state and county for all damages. As well as the owner of the rental house should be able to sue also. That’s the only way something will ever be done about this. This states and government has to be forced to take responsibility for there actions.

The registered person SHOULD sue due to not only the damages to his property but the fear and emotional trauma such actions have put his kids through. Isn’t the protection of the children what all the politicians use as their excuse of the registry in the first place? Throw it back in their faces with a lawsuit for shit like this.

Sex offenses are the only crimes where you face both criminal and, unknown prior to sentencing, ongoing civil actions that can result in criminal liability! Local, state and federal governments do not care about child safety, they only care about destroying any chance of reintegration into society, and political votes. When these action affect Innocent parties, including children, it is adamantly clear that these laws go too far! The government can apply civil laws to criminal action. Try filing a civil action in a criminal proceeding and see what happens! Our government is totally corrupt and hell bent on vigilantism!!! It is time for change!

    Offender was affected by this
The wife was affected by this
The kids were affected by this
THE owner of rental house was affected and will probably charge the registered citizen for the damage

AND BRAVO to the news station for saying in the video ” We will not name the sex offender because he is not being charged with a crime”. First time I have ever heard that.

And as a side note, when he moves and registers that house, the suspects will probably target them again at the new location.
** Majority of people who do this do not even live in the same neighborhood at the person on the registry. They are just going looking for trouble.

The owner won’t be able to charge the renter.

But the owner and the renter ought to be really, really interested in getting video cameras covering all over the place there. It would be great to catch some Registry Nazis and get them arrested and jailed.
