Watch Jim DeFede Shut Down Ron Book

One of the best videos ever! Watch as CBS4 News’ Jim DeFede shut down a very arrogant and ignorant Ron Book.

This one is certainly going to become a classic! It’s posted on his Twitter as well (those who have access should post comments https://twitter.com/DeFede)

None of you are going to believe when I say this, but for many years now, I have closed my eyes and have day dreamed of a video just like this when a brave individual argues the facts to Ron Book and schools him really good making him look like a fool on TV. Today that day dreaming has become a realization. Thank you Jim !! I’m looking at you like a boy looks up at Superman.!! Awesome!.

By the way, I think Ron Book’s blood pressure skyrocketed at exactly 10:19 into the video. I paused it, I zoomed in and I snapped it and it is now my phone wall paper. LOL ;)-

Lol. That last part was too funny. Maybe that’s the angle we should be taking ? Just debate Ron Book until he croaks. Lol…. Nah, I’m only kidding. I’m pretty certain he will be his own undoing.

I am so glad that more and more people are fighting for the truth. This reporter does a terrific job – however, they both keep talking about how sex offenders as a group have harmed a child – that is just not correct at all

Ron book also said the supreme court in 2003 was way more liberal than now. Guess he’s tying democrats to convicted felons believing democrats lean toward the felons. But I do believe his beloved princess Lauren is a democrat. Right or wrong?

I don’t think Ron Book cares what political side you’re on. He will side or go against any politician in the political spectrum as long as it supports his “delusions”.

SCOTUS did not rule on residency restriction laws in 2003. He is referring to Smith v Doe, of course.

This is what I am talking about. Book is insane. He says words that make no sense and expects that everyone hearing it, takes his words as fact.

Book said NOTHING in that interview. All he did was talk over Jim every time he gave a real fact/truth. Book wants to obscure the truth from the public. He wants everyone to think he’s right no matter what he says.

In 2003 the Supreme Court heard Doe V Alaska where they found the sex offender register act, (Megans Law) was not violative of the ex post facto provision. The finds where bases on 2 factors:

      1) The act did not require in person appearance.
      2) The act did not limit registrants ability to change residencies or employment.

Prior to the AWA my only requirement was to notify and change of address within 48 hours at the closest DMV or if I moved out of State.

This made my weekend. Best shut down I’ve ever seen.
Jim made a good point that there are registered citizens that are grandfathered in because they have lived there before the law and they live like normal human beings and like any other regular law abiding citizen with no incident whatsoever and for many years now. They are the proof that these laws are useless and do nothing but create the chaos that Ron Book has started. Great video all around !!. Thanks Mr. Defede.
