Over two and a half months ago the FAC send a request to FDLE requesting a comprehensive update of the new laws and requirements they will be enforcing against registrants.

The FDLE ignored our request. Today, a second request was sent to the FDLE. We anxiously await their reply.

RE:      CHANGES IN REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

SECOND REQUEST

 

 

To Whom It May Concern:

 

On June 3, 2014 I wrote to your agency to request a comprehensive list of changes in the Florida Sex Offender registration requirements.

 

As the agency that enforces our registry, these are laws that you are certainly aware of.  However, the individuals who you expect to comply with these laws are provided with no notice of them.

 

For that reason we made our request so that we can notify our members of the new requirements.

 

To date, you remain unable or unwilling to provide them to us. For that reason I am sending this, our second request for this information.
