    Is he claiming that he was being punished during this time?

      That can’t be possible. Its not punishment remeber. It just feels like punishment.

    My charge was incorrectly entered into the database as a violent crime right at the get go (typo on their part they say). While in prison, I wrote the judge and it was corrected. Unfortunately it didn’t matter, I still have community supervision for life per the states laws.
