Congratulations Derek!!! Appellate Court Voids Lauren Book’s Injunction
The order was issued by the 4th District Court of Appeals today so it’s being posted prior to our adding commentary in an effort to share this as quickly as possible.
The court voided Senator Lauren Book’s restraining order against Once Fallen’s Derek Logue.
We all knew it was bogus, now the court’s agree!
UPDATE: All the credit MUST go to attorney Gary Edinger, of Benjamin, Aaronson, Edinger & Patanzo for writing an incredible appellate brief. Lots of appreciation to Gary, Jamie Benjamin and Danny Aaronson for defending the First Amendment and for their dedication to Derek’s (and all who fight for reform’s) advocacy.

What’s up with that organizations logo??
I get reminded of that NARSOL teaching where a speaker shared about how the traffickers get ignored, but they chase after the downloaders (low-hanging fruit). If they want to solve this, they’d go after the traffickers. Which is what our current administration is doing, thank goodness. Lauren’s Kids has to be under scrutiny. They need to explain that logo. There’s a long list of traffickers and child porn organizations they’ve caught, but not one word from MSM. ABC fires an anchorwoman for accidentally exposing ABC covering up for Epstein last three years. ABC owned by Disney. Disney cruises that go to Little St. James Island and have a history of protecting Epstein. This isn’t smear and this isn’t gossip. There’s evidence and documents. How about the latest FBI vault release of documents Part 1 of The Finders! This isn’t looking good at all. Finally looking good for the “low-hanging fruit”! Or should I say, the sovereigns.
I’m glad to see that our voices are not always silenced in the public square. Good to see liberty and freedom of speech prevail! Let’s continue to use our strengthening voices to speak truth to the issues, and that with a level head so that no one can malign our message.
As for Senator Book’s objections and fears, as a public figure, she should understand that she has less of an expectation of privacy, especially when she bases her PAC work from her residence. I hope and pray she takes the discomfort she may have felt and uses it to gain empathy for the thousands of families impacted by her registry-related policies, who daily feel the discomfort of shame from a public registry. If she unable to have empathy for certain classes of people, I would be inclined to believe that that is more likely a defect in the Senator’s character than a statement regarding the individuals whose lives she seems so eager to throw into turmoil.
CIKLIN, J., dissents without opinion. The reason there is no opinion from Judge Ciklin is because there was no legal standing for the dissent. It is amazing how many judges rule against the law when they don’t agree with it.
